Before you travel
When does my plan start?
Some plans start at installation, others on first network connection. The dashboard displays the rule for your selected plan, plus its installation deadline.
Does it include calls or a phone number?
This catalog offers mobile data plans. Do not assume a local number or ordinary calls/SMS are included. Internet-based messaging and calling use your data allowance.
Can I get more data?
Yes, additional eSIM plans are separate purchases. Recharging the same profile depends on the plan; never assume it is supported. There is no automatic purchase.
Will my usage update instantly?
Usage may be delayed by 2–3 hours. We show the provider update time when available, rather than a simulated live counter.
Can I use one package in several countries?
Only when those countries are listed in that package’s coverage. Check every stop, including transit countries where you need data. Regional coverage is not the same for every tariff.
Can I keep my usual SIM?
On compatible dual-SIM devices you can keep your home line alongside the travel eSIM. Your home provider may still charge for calls, texts or roaming. Select the travel eSIM explicitly for data.
Can I share data with my laptop?
Check tethering support for the exact tariff and device before relying on it. A laptop may use data for updates and backups in the background.
Is installation the same as activation?
Not always. Installation adds the profile to the phone; the tariff’s validity can begin at installation or when it first connects to a supported network. The offer shows which rule applies.
Can I reinstall or move the eSIM?
Do not assume a QR code can be reused or a profile transferred. Check with support before deleting the profile or changing devices.
