My tickets

We store your support messages, their translations and attachments privately to handle your request. Texts are encrypted in storage. If automatic translation is enabled, message text is sent to DeepSeek; attachments are not. Ticket history is deleted 24 months after a resolved ticket’s last update, attachments after 180 days, and drafts after 30 days without an update. Do not include passwords or API keys. You can download the public conversation from your ticket.

Currency

When you choose a currency, Gramli stores your choice in the functional gramli_currency cookie for 180 days on this browser. Language and currency remain independent. Public exchange rates are fetched by our server; no visitor or account data is sent to the rate provider. You can change your choice at any time or remove it by deleting this site’s cookies.

Newsletter

For the Gramli newsletter, Baduno GmbH processes your email address, chosen language, consent wording and confirmation timestamps. Subscription requires consent and confirmation by email. SendGrid (Twilio) processes recipient addresses and delivery events for sending; processing outside the EEA may occur. Gramli does not enable open or click tracking for these emails. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link without a Gramli account.

Unconfirmed registrations are removed after 7 days. After unsubscription, the address and link tokens are removed within 30 days; a keyed address fingerprint remains to prevent unwanted sending. Consent events are retained for up to one year. Contact us for privacy requests.
