Use this page to report content on Gramli or on websites built with Gramli (for example at <name>.ger.li) that you consider illegal or that breaches our terms (Art. 16 DSA). People review every notice; we decide in a timely, diligent and objective manner and tell you the outcome.
Point of contact under Art. 11 and 12 DSA
Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users can reach us directly and quickly at support@gramli.com. We communicate in German and English. Replies come from people, not solely from automated systems.

What happens next
- If you gave an email address, you receive a receipt by email straight away.
- We review the notice without automated decision-making. We act immediately on manifestly illegal content; if there is a suspicion of a criminal offence threatening life or safety, we inform the law enforcement authorities (Art. 18 DSA).
- We tell you our decision and the ways to challenge it. Affected customers receive a statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA).
- You can also lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator: Bundesnetzagentur – Koordinierungsstelle für digitale Dienste (https://www.dsc.bund.de).
