Right of withdrawal

This policy applies to consumers who conclude a contract for a Gramli package with us online. Gramli packages cannot be purchased yet.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Baduno GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 166, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, phone +49 69 95209894, email support@gramli.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://gramli.com/withdraw-from-contract. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
End of withdrawal policy
Starting the service before the withdrawal period ends
Gramli packages are services provided over 12 months. We only start before the withdrawal period ends if you expressly request this when ordering. To do so, you tick the following statement yourself in the ordering process (it is not pre-selected):
I expressly request that Gramli begins the service before the withdrawal period ends. I am aware that if I withdraw I will pay a proportionate amount for the services provided until then, and that my right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
If you then withdraw, you only pay the proportionate amount for the services provided up to the withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service and you have expressly agreed beforehand and acknowledged that you know this (Section 356(4) BGB). Without your request, we only start after the withdrawal period has ended.
